Attorney William T. Miller, PLLC 

William T. Miller (“Will”) became licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 2009. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and from Wake Forest University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Will practiced law in Kernersville and Raleigh before opening his own law office in his hometown of Lexington in April 2017.

Will has a general law practice focused primarily on estate planning (preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills) and estate administration (overseeing the legal process involved with winding down an estate and distribution of inheritances to relatives after the death of a loved one). He is a Guardian ad Litem Attorney Advocate and court-appointed attorney for indigent clients in misdemeanor criminal matters. • Attorney William T. Miller, PLLC is located within easy walking distance of the Davidson County Courthouse at 151 W. Center Street in Lexington.

• The office is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on weekends and evenings by appointment.

• Parking and the main entrance to the law office are located behind the building.
